In honor of KXUA's 10th birthday on the airwaves, I hosted the second of two special episodes of Wheels of Steel. The first featured DJs who use turntables and Serato Scratch Live, but for this show I invited DJs who use TRAKTOR DJing software. Joining me in the studio were Tanner Beam, Beat Bachs, Nicholas Scott, and Baby Armie. As three out of these four gentlemen had in the past or presently work for KXUA, we looked back at the growth of electronic dance music in northwest Arkansas over the last ten years, and waxed nostalgic for old radio shows. But before you start crying in your beer, we also had our say on the current dance scene, the state of the Hype Machine and the rest of the blogosphere, and Tanner lamented the daily trials of being Ibiza's hottest club DJ.
