Ensueño – Mexican Election Edition

Believe it or not, folks, Mexico has a “democracy,” which means we Mexicans have to go through this farce called “elections” every six years. To commemorate the hexannual dog-and-pony show, taking place July 1 per the Mexican “Constitution,” thousands of poor, blind souls will cast their votes for a guy or gal they think is the lesser of two evils (though this year, it is the lesser of four evils, but in the end, evils are evils).

So DJ Jaye Loew will hurl his frustration at how elections change nothing in Mexico (and Latin America) by playing the best political protest songs from our great continent. Today at 8 p.m., exclusively on KXUA’s ”Ensueño,” the hottest Latin music show in the land where we play the best music they refuse to play on commercial Spanish radio. Plus look for Jaye Loew’s endorsement for president on his Twitter feed.
